Overview
Over the course of 3 hands on and interactive workshops, Wellbeing 101 will help your team to:
Understand the foundations of wellbeing
Master the art of balance
Write their own wellbeing management plans
Each 60 minute workshop will be supported by a resource library (comprising of blog posts, exercises and recommended reading) and implementation reminders to help delegates embed their learning effectively.
