Overview
Over the course of 3 hands on and interactive workshops, Developing Resilience will help your teams to:
Build an awareness of what resilience is and why it’s important
Learn how to deal with stress and understand the ABC model of developing resilience
Understand the importance of building optimism and using their strengths
Each 90 minute workshop will be supported by a resource library (comprising of blog posts, exercises and recommended reading) and implementation reminders to help delegates embed their learning effectively.
